Estimate project revenue potential

We present to you six of our projects which have been completed within the last 24 months. Based on historical data, data from similar projects, seasonality and prevalent travel patterns, we accurately estimate occupancy levels as well as pricing of the product at the destination. The revenue generated from the project is then calculated as inventory x occupancy x pricing.

Decide Revenue %

Based on the revenue potential of the project, a suitable % of the revenue is decided as a payout to the investor such that the average IRR stands anywhere between 18-24%. The frequency of payout will be monthly and the duration would be for a period of 5 years. What’s more is that we will offer a minimum guarantee of 8% IRR and the payout will be whichever is higher of the two.

Sign asset transfer agreement and start monthly returns

An asset transfer agreement will be drafted which clearly lists out the inventory of assets that will be transferred to the investor. After the 5-year period, ownership of these assets will be transferred back to goSTOPS.

In this program, the investor invests in the fixed assets of the selected project and leases it to goSTOPS for a period of 5 years. The investor thereby receives a monthly return on his or her investment for that 5 year period. This return is tied to a pre-decided percentage of the revenue generated for that property.

No worries here! We offer a minimum guarantee of 8% per annum (on par with prevailing FD rates). The monthly payout will be either the minimum guarantee amount or the pre decided percentage of revenue, whichever is higher.
